Ringways Kia is renewing its sponsorship with Harrogate Operatic Players for a second year
The Kia dealership will be giving away five pairs of tickets to the show’s opening night
The production will help raise money for local charity, Dementia Forward
Local Kia dealership Ringways Kia is sponsoring the Harrogate Operatic Players (HOPS) 2017 production of Betty Blue Eyes. This will be the second year that Ringways Kia has partnered with the longest running community theatre group in Harrogate.
The sponsorship means Ringways Kia provides HOPS with much needed funds to support the marketing of its high budget annual production.
This year's production will be the critically acclaimed musical comedy Betty Blue Eyes set in 1940s Yorkshire and will be playing from Tuesday 6 June until Saturday 10 June at Harrogate Theatre. Ringways Kia is delighted to be also giving away five pairs of tickets to the special opening night and premiere of Betty Blue Eyes to people in the local community, through the dealership’s Facebook page.
Ben Taylor, Marketing Manager at Ringways Kia has said; “Ringways Kia is delighted to lend its support to Harrogate Operatic Players. The group’s annual production is an event our staff and customers look forward to every year so it’s a pleasure for us to support a cause so close to our community’s heart.”
Mel James, Marketing Manager at Harrogate Operatic Players has commented on the sponsorship; “Following the success of our previous shows, Sister Act in 2015 and Annie last year, we are thrilled to be premiering Betty Blue Eyes in Harrogate. We are lucky enough to have amazing support from the local community and we can’t thank Ringways Kia enough for their continued support!”
To be in with the chance of winning tickets to opening night of Betty Blue Eyes on Tuesday 6 June at the Harrogate Theatre, head to the Ringways Kia Facebook page to enter. For every ticket sold for opening night, Harrogate Theatre Community will donate £1 to local charity, Dementia Forward which aims to support people living with dementia in the Harrogate area.
Ringways Kia stocks a wide range of new and used Kia models, including the All-New Picanto priced from £9,450. The third generation of Kia’s stylish city car, the All-New Kia Picanto is technologically advanced, more stylish and more refined than its predecessors.
