Following the Government’s announcement on Tuesday 22 September 2020, I would like to take this opportunity to update you on some additional COVID-19 Procedures.

The new Government regulations clearly state that face masks must be worn in all retail environments (complementary masks are available on request) and if possible, improvements made in social distancing, sanitisation, basic hand washing, and the implementation of Track and Trace QR codes in a retail environment.

All retail customer facing staff must wear a face mask at all times when interacting with customers, this also includes external areas of our business and colleagues transitioning through any retail environment  – with no exceptions.

Ringways procedures include:

APPOINTMENT ONLY BASIS

We can offer you either a virtual appointment in the comfort of your own home, or a showroom appointment at the dealership– it’s your choice, you decide. You can book an appointment by visiting our website and using text chat or live chat facility, telephone 0345 415 0415 or BOOK APPOINTMENT HERE The team will then contact you to finalise the arrangements.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HAND SANITISATION

We have adapted our showrooms with a one-way system where strict 2m distancing rules will apply. We also have hand sanitisation stations available.  This will be explained when you arrive at the dealership.

PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPTMENT (PPE)

Face protection must be worn in the showroom at all times.

SHOWROOM CLEANING

Our showrooms are cleaned on a regular basis, but we have introduced a more rigorous cleaning routine ensuring that all touch points are cleaned and sanitised ensuring a safe environment for us all.

CONTACTLESS, CASHLESS & PAPERLESS

Where possible we have developed contactless, cashless and paperless processes and we are encouraging our guests to do the same.  Please bring your own pen when you come onsite and where possible use bank transfer, credit/debit cards and/or contactless.  Card machines are disinfected after each use.

CLICK AND COLLECT OR HOME DELIVERY

Once you have chosen your new vehicle, we can offer either a click and collect or home delivery service. Both services are contactless.
